Not included are travel to and from the lodge, fishing equipment (if not rented), alcoholic drinks, and any insurance.
We can host up to 12 people in our lodge and on our three guiding boats we are able to take a total of 9 people out. For larger groups, we can offer alternative options with our rental boats. Please contact us, we will find a suitable individual solution for every demand.
During our high season it is unfortunately not possible to book stays shorter than one week. Shorter trips can be booked from end of November to end of March, or as an alternative with our rental boats. Here are short trips availed the whole year around.

Absolutely! While we provide fishing equipment as part of the rental equipment package, you are of course welcome to bring your own gear if you have a personal preference. Just make sure it's suitable for the type of fishing you'll be doing in our lodge. Heavy equipment is required on our waters.
On all our waters that we will fish is it not necessary to have a permit. Public waters in Ireland that are not specially marked do not require any fishing license.
Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather situation. We recommend wearing several layers, a hat, and sunglasses. Most importantly, high waterproof clothing that can keep you dry for a whole day of heavy rainfall. Comfortable, waterproof shoes, preferably wellies, are highly recommended. Here you will find tips for clothing and tackle.
Yes! We have anglers with all levels in our lodge from very experienced fishermen to total beginners or people that fish only this particular week every year. We will provide basic instructions, guidance, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. That after your trip you have become a serious angler.
Safety is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, our team will assess the situation and may reschedule the departure on that particular day or offer alternative options. Luckily, this is very rare and we have various alternative waters to which we can switch depending on the situation. From certain wind speeds or weather events onwards, it is not possible and we will offer an alternative programme then fishing. We'll keep you informed and work to find the best solution for your experience.
Our tours are catch and release only and it is not allowed to take any fish with you.
Our cancellation policy is outlined in the booking terms. For detailed information, please visit our privacy and policy page.
